RunOrDrop 50K/30K is a multiple 2 mile loop run event with a twist:
i) You have to complete each 2 mile loop under 30' in order to avoid elimination.
ii) Runners start a new loop every 30' at the officer's whistle sound (not before).
but..... who wins?!
The final ~10K (3 loops) will be run non-stop to define the race results!
The allowed loop-time is generous (14:59 min/mile) and enables runners to ‘catch up’ and even 'rest'.
Rest though can trigger some body-mind challenges as well.
Note this is a trail run and it has some 'hills'.
This event will make you a stronger runner.

ROD 50K: 13x 2 miles loop (41.6K) = completing ~marathon distance but the race will be decided on the final continuous 3x 2 miles loop ~9.6K distance. (Total 51.2K, 16 loops)
ROD 30K: 6x 2 miles loop (19.2K) = completing ~half-marathon distance but the race will be decided on the final continuous 3x 2 miles loop ~9.6K distance. (Total 28.8K, 9 loops)
